The Finished Product!!!

It took me just one weekend to put everything together, but I am SOO happy with how they turned out!!!

The REAL Deal...they're HERE!!!

So the invitations arrived and I couldn't be happier!!! They look fabulous. Cards & Pockets is amazing!!!

YAY! The RIGHT Proof!

So excited that my second round of proofs came back perfectly! Here they are! Yippee!!! The flourishes are almost perfect now. This one wasn't printed on the pearl cardstock, which is what my invites will be printed on, but you get the general idea.

The 1st Proof!

So you will notice that since my Take 2 mock-ups I have changed my color scheme. Instead of using the metallic silver pocket fold with the tiffany blue mat, response and mailing envelope, I am now using the tiffany blue pocketfold with the silver metallic mat, rsvp and mailing envelopes. You'll notice that the flourishes are cut off - a mistake by Cards & Pockets, so I am eager to see the results of the proof they're sending me tomorrow.

Mock-Ups: Take 2!

Okay, so I'm D.O.N.E. with the creation of my invitations!!! A few changes from the first-go at them: I changed the flourish on the actual invite - and made all of the text black. The fonts are still the same. Also, on the inserts, I changed all of the text to black and added a flourish on the upper left-hand corner. I now just have to get everything ordered and I'm SET!!!

Invitations: Take 2!

So, I decided to play a little bit more with the invitations I made in PhotoShop.  I will be matting the invitation on Tiffany Blue Metallic mats, which will then be glued/taped onto the silver 5x7 pocketfold.

Mock-Ups: Take 1!

So, I recently ordered some samples of pocket folds from www.paperandmore.com, in silver, gray, black and tiffaby blue. I decided to go with the silver pocket fold, tiffany blue invitation matting, and white metallic card stock for the invitation. Here are what they will look like (don't pay too much attention to the actual invite, as that's the print-out from Take 1.

Invitations: Take 1

These are the original invitations and inserts I created in Photoshop.
