I remember seeing Monique's planning bio where she made her own jewelry and I emailed her a while ago. She now has her own site up and running and makes beautiful jewelry.

I really like Paper and More. I was initially going to go with Cards & Pockets however their prices are much more than Paper & More.
Cards & Pockets
Again, they have really nice stuff...just out of my price range. They have a lot of great ideas for invitations on their site as well.

They have awesome invites! Way out of my budget for what I wanted.
